We are a research organisation that specialises in producing publications and enabling critical reasoning in the field of gender studies by providing research consultancy services.

Our mission is to empower change through Gender-inclusive research for BHARAT. We wish to propagate a comprehensive understanding of gender as a spectrum in all walks of life, by making research a powerful tool, available to all.

We work on the motto of "Sapere Aude" which means "Having the courage to use your own reason"

research wing

The Research Department is the backbone of Mandonna. The department works diligently to curate research reports and educational content for open access to everyone. Additionally, the department would also take over grant-generating research projects, collaborative projects etc. during its functioning.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Contributing market-friendly and jargon-free blogs related to gender and research tools twice a week.
  • Curating engaging short-form Social Media content on allocated topics.
  • Curating educational content for our manuals, study guides
  • Compiling recommendations for academic institutional practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
  • Basic research skills
  • Basic knowledge of the gender discourse and research tools

commitment:

15-20 hours per month for 3 months (tenure can be extended based on performance)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Submitting monthly short research reports on issues related to gender through a group effort
  • Contributing to our quarterly mega research report, as and when required
  • Leading Mini-Teams for the successful execution of tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior research experience is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of conducting qualitative and quantitative research projects
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Decent knowledge of gender discourse

commitment:

20-25 hours per month for 3 months (tenure can be extended based on performance)

  • Compiling Market Research
  • Finding out Institutions (NGOs, Organisations, Businesses) for further collaboration.
  • Increasing Engagement of WhatsApp community groups and other social media handles.
  • Ideation for Brand Storytelling through stories and posts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Prior experience in marketing is desirable
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Basic research skills
  • Innovative thinking

  • Familiarity with different types of academic writing styles

The Social Media Department takes care of all of Mandonna’s creative pursuits. The department strives to manage our social media handles on Instagram and Pinterest through regular posting of creative visual graphics. Additionally, the department is also involved in designing infographics and creative graphics for our reports, blogs, guides and other resources.
